It's recommended to place your bins at the curbside or in the designated collection area the night before your scheduled pickup.
KS Environmental does not operate on Good Friday, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Bin collection services continue as normal for other public holidays, while casual 'ring-in' services may be rescheduled based on availability.
At KS Environmental, you have the option to place your service on hold. Simply inform our customer service team or your assigned sales representative with the start and end dates, and we'll suspend collections free of charge until your service resumes. If needed, you can still arrange casual collections during this period by contacting our office.
Please note: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. For larger businesses with multiple bins, we recommend providing 7 days' notice to allow adequate time for processing.
