The eftsure software solution is a monitoring system that operates continuously in real-time and is independent, specifically designed to authenticate the validity of online transactions and supplier information.
If you are an existing supplier, you can expect to receive an email from eftsure, asking you to complete a form in the eftsure Compliance Monitoring system – asking for details including business name, ABN, GST registration, contact details and bank account details.
After this time it is your responsibility to ensure your details are kept up to date. Please notify our Customer Service team if your details change, or if you notice any discrepancies.
During the onboarding process, our Customer Service team will ask you to supply your business name, and email address.

Once you have completed the registration process, an eftsure team member will typically contact you within 24–48 hours to verify the accuracy of your information.
